To strengthen our team in the customer support department at  Coveris Rypin, we are looking for Customer Service Specialist  (m/w/d) to provide a high level of customer care, by ensuring all enquiries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner. To manage an order from beginning to end and be a touch point for all departments within Coveris.

The role includes:

Customer care and support.
Processing customer enquiries via telephone & email.
Checking fulfillment of orders due.
Raising customer orders by email & phone.
Complete weekly stock reports for customers.
Updating and recording data via internal system.
Update of Pricing within internal system & customer price lists.  
Effectively manage stock levels and alert external sales towards non-movement of stock.
Processing customer complaints to manufacturing site for investigation.
Strong cooperation with the sales force and various specialist departments.

Our expectations:

Completed commercial high school / college or equivalent training. 
Relevant experience in internal sales, customer support, ideally in the area of flexible packaging. 
Negotiating skills and strong communication skills.
Fluent Polish and good written and spoken English skills.
Pro-active, positive mindset with “can do” attitude.
Team player with the ability to multi-task and working independently.
Good IT skills (knowledge of MS Office).
