Your Primary Role
Coveris is a leading international manufacturer of film, flexibles, labels and board packaging solutions. We help to reduce waste and constantly work on new, high performance and sustainable packaging solutions. Our Gainsborough site produce high quality print film solutions for suppliers of packaged food to many of the major supermarkets in the UK.
Your key responsibilities include:
- To strip all jobs after printed
- Use of plate cleaner to clean all plates
- To inspect all printing plates prior to packing, advise on remakes when required
- Maintaining sleeve quality and stripping and taping sleeves when required
- Issuing sleeves to the sleeve Kanban system for mounting following prism
- Buddy checks when required
- Housekeeping
- To follow any other managerial request

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday Working (Seasonal Saturdays paid as overtime apply in May, June & July)
- We operate an alternating 3 shift rotation consisting of 36 hours days 36 hours nights and 48 hours mixed days and nights.
- 12 hour days (6-6) and 12 hour nights(6-6) averaging 40 hours per week.
- Overtime paid at a premium rate
