As an experienced sales professional with a passion for packaging and a deep understanding of the Iberian market, you will play a key role in driving Coveris’ growth across Spain and Portugal. Working from your home office, you’ll take full responsibility for your region, supported by a strong internal team and a portfolio of high-performance, sustainable packaging solutions.
You’ll report directly to the Regional Sales Director FBLXS and collaborate closely with product development, customer service, and production sites across Europe.
Your Responsibilities:
- · Acquisition of new customers in Spain and Portugal in line with Coveris' strategic growth goals
- · Long-term development and support of existing accounts with a strong customer-centric approach
- · Consultative, solution-oriented sales of flexible packaging
- · Collaboration with product development to tailor solutions to specific market needs
- · Offer preparation in cooperation with the internal sales team
- · Strategic market and customer planning to drive regional sales performance
Your Profile:
- · Technical background in packaging, food technology, or equivalent commercial/technical training
- · Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the flexible packaging industry
- · Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and willingness to travel frequently across Iberia
- · Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus
- · Confident user of MS Office and digital tools (CRM, Teams, etc.)
