Join Coveris GmbH as a Junior PMO Specialist in Wien, Austria, and become an integral part of our dynamic IT team in the packaging industry. As a young professional with experience, you will support project management activities to drive business success. Under the guidance of senior team members, you'll help streamline and implement effective project management processes.

  • Assist in the planning, monitoring, and reporting of project management activities.
  • Support project managers with project scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
  • Conduct analysis and prepare reports to aid decision-making.
  • Facilitate communication across project teams to ensure timely completion of goals.
  • Maintain and update project documentation and systems for efficient project execution.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of PMO tools and methodologiesAustria

Required Profile

We are looking for a young professional eager to contribute and grow in the field of project management. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous work experience in project management or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently.
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus.
