- To set up and operate the laminator machine to meet customer specifications and quality standards, in the most efficient way possible.
- Ensure that the workplace is tidy, clean, orderly, and according to 5s standards
- Participate in continuous improvement by observing waste reduction opportunities and acting on them when applicable
- Provide break cover to increase department overall performance
- Set up and operate a variety of machinery and ancillary equipment
- Monitor and maintain product specifications carrying out online adjustments as required
- Accurately complete all production paperwork in a timely manner
- Carry out quality tests and measurements and implement required corrective actions
- Participate in hygiene and other audits
- Assisting with machine changeovers
- Assisting with day to day work-place organisation, planning, machine optimisation.
- Holiday cover where required
- Training of operators where appropriate

Shift Pattern: The attractive shift pattern involves working a mix of 12-hour day and night shifts working an average of 14 shifts per month.
