Launch Administrator

Coveris Gainsborough are looking for a Launch Administrator to support the successful delivery of product launches across a variety of retail channels.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring new product launches are delivered smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and retail partners, you will help coordinate launch activities, maintain accurate information, and support the overall launch process from start to finish.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the planning and execution of new product launches across multiple retail channels.
  • Assist the Launch Team in coordinating launch activities and tracking progress against key milestones.
  • Monitor launch schedules and highlight any potential risks or delays.
  • Prepare and distribute launch documentation, communications, and tracking reports.
  • Respond to launch-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate launch records, files, and documentation in line with company procedures.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure launch readiness.
  • Communicate launch timelines, updates, and actions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships across the business.

 

Data Management & Reporting

  • Collect and maintain accurate launch-related data.
  • Support the production of reports on launch progress and performance.
  • Ensure data held across systems is up to date and accurate.

Continous Improvement 

  • Support the Launch Coordinator and Launch Manager in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • Assist with the implementation of new systems, tools, and ways of working.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance launch efficiency and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in an administration, coordination, project support, or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience using databases, reporting tools, or business systems would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently whilst also contributing as part of a team.
